Lead the full academic and operational management of the Secondary School with measurable standards
Build, develop, and consistently evaluate the performance of teachers and staff
Foster a disciplined, collaborative, and results-oriented work culture
Identify improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of meaningful change
Drive the school's progression toward bilingual learning standards
Build strategic communication bridges between parents, the team, and senior management
Translate strategic plans into concrete, measurable execution on the ground
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a related field
3–5 years of leadership experience (Coordinator/Vice Principal/Principal)
English proficiency minimum active intermediate level (spoken & written)
Demonstrated ability in execution, coaching, decision-making, and team management
Results-driven, consistent, and able to work within defined targets
High integrity and emotional maturity in leading a team
Experience in bilingual or international school settings
Proven track record in school or unit development/transformation
Adaptive, open, and team-growth-oriented leadership style
