Key Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (preferably with postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership or School Leadership).
Teaching Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a recognized school setting.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior school leadership (Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or equivalent) within school with international curriculum environment.
Certification: School Principal / Leadership Certification recognized by the Ministry of Education (Dinas Pendidikan) or an equivalent institution is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
Core Competencies: Proven expertise in curriculum design, pedagogical practices, school operations, and educational management systems.
