Job description

We are seeking a visionary, dedicated, and experienced School Principal to lead our diverse school community. The ideal candidate will combine strong educational leadership with a deep commitment to holistic student development, well-being, and safeguarding. We are looking for an internationally-minded and culturally resilient leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—someone proficient in leveraging modern educational technology and driven by continuous professional development. Above all, the candidate must align with, uphold, and actively implement Tzu Chi’s moral values and educational philosophy in every aspect of school life.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Master’s Degree in Education or a relevant field (preferably with postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership or School Leadership).

Teaching Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a recognized school setting.

Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior school leadership (Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School, or equivalent) within school with international curriculum environment.

Certification: School Principal / Leadership Certification recognized by the Ministry of Education (Dinas Pendidikan) or an equivalent institution is highly preferred.

Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Core Competencies: Proven expertise in curriculum design, pedagogical practices, school operations, and educational management systems.
