• Monitor student progress, achievement and wellbeing across all year groups.
• Implement and maintain high standards of teaching quality and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, guardians and the wider school community.
• Manage the primary school budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations and governance requirements.
• Develop and promote a positive school culture that supports student learning and wellbeing.
• Lead school initiatives and projects to enhance the educational experience.
