Job summary

PT Harrisma Informatika Jaya is seeking a Presales Technical Engineer for Handy Talky, AIDC, Display and CCTV solutions in the Batam area. The role blends technical sales support with solution architecture, product updates, partner support and customer training.

The candidate will survey customer needs, prepare proposals, and ensure delivery of the proposed IT solutions. Requirements include at least 3 years in related field, strong English communication, and Mandarin as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of working experience in IT pre-sales / consultant roles.
• Good understanding of IT products, solutions and services (Handy Talky, Barcode, AIDC, Display, CCTV & Security).
• Able to communicate in English effectively (oral and written).
• Mandarin communication is a priority (passive).
• Willing to travel to Batam area and other cities for customer meetings and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Tandem with sales to support technical sales activities and proposals.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures and presentations.
• Survey customer needs and translate into technical solutions.
• Provide training to end users and partners on IT solutions.
• Research products, services and market trends to keep Solution offerings up to date.
• Ensure the company solution can meet customer requirements and deliver commitments.
