Job summary

PT Altros Teknologi, a Cisco Premier Partner and growing systems integrator in Jakarta Utara, seeks a Network/Security Consultant (Presales Engineer). You will design routing/switch, wireless, security solutions, and prepare bills of materials for Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.

You will present proposals to customers, coordinate with sales, and work with project teams to ensure requirements are delivered. Bachelor's in engineering and Cisco knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a system integrator or IT distributor.
• Familiar with Cisco Router/Switch products and technologies.
• Knowledge of various IT technologies (servers, storage, OS, networking) is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT security technologies (firewall, antispam, EDR, XDR, SIEM, DNS security, VPN) is a plus.
• Certifications (CCNA/CCDA/CCNP) are a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Fast learner with high integrity, commitment, and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Create a solution design related to Routing/Switch, Wireless, Network Security and Collaboration.
• Prepare a Bill of Materials for Cisco, HPE Aruba, Palo Alto, and Fortinet.
• Build an integrated proposal including company profile, solution diagram, sizing, timeline and migration method.
• Present the solution and persuade customers.
• Coordinate with sales on strategy, device specs, integration complexity and service costs.
• Coordinate with team lead, project manager and post-sales during implementation to ensure requirements are met.
