Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Presales Solution Architect – Data & AI in Jakarta. Lead customer engagements, design scalable Data & AI solutions across AWS/Azure, and drive technically informed decisions with Sales and Delivery teams.

Build architectures leveraging Databricks or Snowflake, and guide customers from GenAI exploration to production-ready agentic AI deployments. The role requires strong presales experience, data-architecture expertise, and excellent stakeholder communication to translate

Qualifications

Experience in presales, solution architecture, data architecture, or consulting roles focused on customer-facing Data & AI solutions.
Deep expertise in either AWS or Microsoft Azure, with knowledge of the other platform to design multi-cloud Data & AI solutions.
Strong understanding of modern data architectures including data lakes, lakehouses, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, analytics, data integration, and governance.

Responsibilities

Leading customer discovery sessions and workshops to understand business objectives and transformation priorities.
Designing secure, scalable Data, Analytics, GenAI, and agentic AI architectures across AWS and Azure, using Databricks or Snowflake where appropriate.
Creating solution architectures, technical designs, estimates, statements of work, proposals, and commercial recommendations.
Delivering technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements for stakeholders.
Advising customers on cloud and platform approaches based on architecture, cost, governance, security, and compliance.
