Job summary

PT Jala Lintas Media is seeking a detail-oriented Presales Data Coordinator to organize and categorize Presales databases related to vendor rental data. You will ensure that all vendor BAs and BASTs comply with applicable requirements and regulations, and provide the Presales team with annual updates on vendor pricing for strategic decision making.

The role may involve coordinating with multiple branches across Indonesia.

Job description

Organize and categorize Presales databases related to vendor rental data.

Ensure all vendor BAs and BASTs comply with applicable requirements and regulations.

Provide the Presales team with annual updates on vendor pricing.

Communicate vendor rental data to vendors for management meeting purposes.

Review monthly invoices and ensure that payments are discontinued for expired vendor rental agreements.

Note: willing to be assigned to different branches (Cibinong, Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikupa, Semarang, Purwokerto, Bali, Medan) based on domicile.
