Job summary

19th Hole Indoor Golf in Kerobokan, Bali, invites energetic and guest-focused individuals to join as a Server / Front of House. You will work in a fast-paced, premium indoor golf simulator environment, welcoming guests and providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, handling the POS, managing reservations, and assisting with inventory while maintaining a spotless, professional venue. Annual leave is provided.

Qualifications

• Good basic spoken English to assist international and local clientele.
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment.
• Proactive, organized, and passionate about hospitality.
• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality venues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests within our state-of-the-art indoor golf simulator environment.
• Serve food and beverages with precision and a friendly attitude.
• Handle the Point of Sale (POS) system for payments and record-keeping.
• Manage customer reservations and simulator schedules.
• Assist the Supervisor with inventory management and stock control.
• Ensure the venue remains clean, neat, and professional at all times.
• Ensure every guest has a 5-star experience according to our Standard Operating Procedures.
