Job summary

Burgerhead Bali invites enthusiastic servers to join our team at several Bali locations. As a Server, you will greet guests, present menus, take accurate orders, deliver food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.

You should have prior hospitality experience or be a fresh graduate, strong communication, numeracy for payments, and the stamina to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server, waiter, or waitress in a restaurant, café or hospitality establishment.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in handling payments and POS systems.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry multiple items safely.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and seating them.
• Presenting menus and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen/bar.
• Delivering food and beverages to tables with professionalism.
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Processing payments and handling transactions.
• Maintaining cleanliness of dining areas and stations.
• Clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house staff.
• Escalating guest concerns to management when needed.
