Responsabilités

• Welcoming guests and providing them with information about the driving range and registration
• Handling cash transactions, including receiving payments and giving change
• Processing credit card payments and ensuring accuracy
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, administration and balancing cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns
• Assisting with front office duties, such as checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, and making reservations
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the front office and cashier area

This position is a part of the Sales & Marketing team. As a Front Desk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and managing all aspects of the cashier handling process. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work with flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Having experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
