Job summary

PT Intellinex New Energy Mobility Indonesia, part of the Smart Connected New Energy Platform, is launching the ZEEKR brand in Indonesia. We seek a General Manager to lead sales, network, and branding across Indonesia, establishing a sustainable, revenue-generating system for the high-end NEV market.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in automotive, 3+ years in senior management, luxury brand exposure, and strong leadership with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing Management.
• 7+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• 3+ years of management experience as a GM or equivalent.
• Experience with a Luxury Brand Automotive (Mercedes-Benz/BMW/Audi preferred).
• Familiar with the Indonesian market and distribution channels.
• Experience establishing dealerships or managing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus for communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all ZEEKR Indonesian operations (Sales, Network & Branding).
• Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies.
• Develop and execute business strategies from launch until ready for operations.
• Establish a distribution network and direct sales outlet system.
• Liaise with the OEM (ZEEKR HQ) regarding resources and policies.
• Build a core team (sales/after-sales/marketing).
• Achieve annual sales targets (from 300-500 units).
• Manage profits, cash flow and operational efficiency.
• Establish a High-End Brand Service System.
• Build relationships with local government, business partners and communities.
• Determine SOPs, pricing structures and initial teamwork systems.

PT Intellinex New Energy Mobility Indonesia is the company belongs to the Hong Kong-based Smart Connected New Energy Platform, dedicated to building a Channel System and Operational capabilities for High-End Chinese New Energy Vehicle Brands Overseas. Currently, we are prepared to launching the ZEEKR Brand in Indonesia, aiming to create a leading channel platform in the High-End Pure EV Market.

Key responsibilities

Business & Operations Management. The core essence: In the initial stage (0 to 1), to establish a sustainable and revenue-generating sales & service system for High-End NEV:

• Oversee all ZEEKR Indonesian operations (Sales, Network & Branding)
• Develop & implement market entry and growth strategies
• Develop & Execute Business Strategies from launch until ready to operations
• Establish a distribution network and direct sales outlet system
• Liaise with the OEM (ZEEKR headquarters) regarding resources & policies
• Build a core team (sales/after-sales/marketing)
• Achieve Annual sales targets (from 300-500 units)

• Determining SOPs, pricing structures & initial teamwork systems

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing Management
• 7+ years of Experience in the Automotive Industry
• 3+ years of Management Experience as a GM or equivalent
• MUST Have Experience with a Luxury Brand Automotive ( Mercedes-Benz/ BMW/ Audi is preferred )
• Familiar with the Indonesian market & distribution channels
• Experience in Establishing dealerships or managing multiple outlets
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a plus for communication)
• Currently based in Jakarta Area
