Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking an Assy Production Staff for our Cikarang facility working on-site. You will make and update production simulations, analyze quality and productivity issues, and oversee 4M changes to optimize manufacturing processes.

You will lead a production team, manage line assembly, and participate inKaizen activities to drive efficiency and quality improvements. A technical degree and electronics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical industry.
• Minimum 1 year experience in electronics components.
• Experience with Toyota Production System (TPS), 3T, 3M, Kaizen.

Responsibilities

• Make and update production simulation capacity.
• Analyze problems to improve quality and productivity.
• Control and monitor 4M changes (man, methods, machine & material).
• Monitor run-up of new lines or models.
• Attend meetings with customers as needed.
• Control parts supply and consumables.
• Lead Kaizen activities for quality and productivity.
• Supervise production team members.
