- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, heavy machinery/large components advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and hands-on CAD tools for assembly processes.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement enhancements to equipment and processes.
- Monitor reliability and address problem areas in manufacturing.
- Provide coaching and development for operations technical staff.
- Support planning, development, operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
