Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Pre-Sales Leader or similar role.
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers across phone, email, and chat.
• Strong numerical and data–handling skills with Excel/Word proficiency.
• Honest, diligent, and customer–oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing and developing pre-sales teams while aligning technical product expertise with business objectives and enterprise customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and train Pre-Sales Staff to improve technical expertise and communication skills
• Align technical products or services with business objectives and challenges faced by large-scale (enterprise) prospective customers
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies and provide input to the Product team regarding unmet market needs
• Ensure product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) trials run smoothly and convince customers
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding company products or services
• Listen, analyse, and provide the best solutions to problems or obstacles experienced by customers

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Leader
• Ability to speak clearly, friendly, polite, and understand customer needs through various media: telephone, email, and short messages
• Ability to think quickly and provide appropriate solutions in accordance with company policy
• Proficiency in advanced spreadsheet use such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Thorough, diligent, and honest
