Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Pre-Sales Leader or similar role.
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers across phone, email, and chat.
• Strong numerical and data–handling skills with Excel/Word proficiency.
• Honest, diligent, and customer–oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train Pre-Sales Staff to improve technical expertise and communication skills
• Align technical products or services with business objectives for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with Sales to shape strategies and inform Product about market needs
• Ensure product demonstrations, PoC trials, and technical presentations run smoothly
• Provide clear, accurate information about company products or services
• Listen, analyze, and provide optimal solutions to customer problems
