Job summary

Retail Ponsel Indonesia, based in Jakarta Pusat, is seeking a Store Leader to oversee daily shop floor operations for smartphone devices, including Apple products.

You will arrange staff schedules, ensure store cleanliness and stock availability, drive sales targets, and manage stock and cashier records. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a customer-focused mindset to motivate the team and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in the smartphone field (Apple products preferred).
• Experience as Store Leader/Assistant Store Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of stock management and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Arrange staff working hours, store cleanliness, and smartphone stock availability.
• Ensure store sales targets are achieved and serve customers as needed.
• Record stock reports, cashier records, and daily transactions.
• Lead store operations when the store manager is not on duty.
