Job summary

China Fiber Optics Online seeks an Application Engineer to support prospective and current customers, driving pre-sales activities and POC oversight to demonstrate product capabilities. You will collaborate with regional sales managers to close deals and develop technical proposals.

The role requires strong wireless/wireline experience, open standards knowledge, and excellent communication. Prior telecom or OEM exposure is valuable, with a focus on solution delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales technical cycle and supporting sales teams.
• Strong written and spoken English is required.
• Background in telecom carriers or equipment manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical content.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products, services and consultative support to prospective and existing customers.
• Provide Pre-Sales product POC oversight to ensure client success with products.
