Hilton Bali invites qualified reservations professionals to join our hotel operations team. As Reservation Sales Executive you will lead group sales, manage inventory, and coordinate with meeting planners to deliver memorable stays.

Qualificações

• Must have experience in reservations, revenue, or hotel operations, ideally in a leadership capacity.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in hotel systems OnQ PM, R&I, Delphi, IDeaS GRO v3 and MS Office.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on revenue opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily reservations operations: manage room inventory, group blocks, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
• Coordinate group reservations: process rooming lists, billing requirements, and special requests; communicate with planners and internal teams.
• Assist with revenue optimization: monitor reservations activity and support rate/occupancy strategies.
• Provide reservations support: handle requests and assist team members and customers as needed.
• Support department operations: prepare reports and provide administrative support to reservations leadership.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, monitor performance, and foster a positive work environment.
