Regent Bali Canggu is seeking a Revenue & Reservations Manager to lead the reservations team and drive revenue strategies at a pre-opening luxury property. You will collaborate across departments, implement budget plans, and ensure guest expectations are exceeded with brand standards.

• Proven experience in revenue and reservations management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities in a hotel setting.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and staff planning.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day reservation & revenue activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance goals for team members.
• Educate and train the reservations team on revenue strategies and tools.
• Work with other department managers to ensure proper staffing levels.
• Promote the one team approach and reliable service through daily coordination with staff.
• Prepare and manage the Department's budget and manpower planning needs.
• Answer guest enquiries, handle complaints, and manage reservations changes timely.
• Monitor pricing, demand and market dynamics; participate in selling strategies and reports.
