Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is partnering with a growing AI-native PR & marketing intelligence company launching in Jakarta. The role requires turning the product vision into actionable requirements while collaborating directly with leadership.

You will help plan and implement solutions for PR operations, guide senior management, and shape the platform architecture while maintaining IT infrastructure with tools like HTMX/AlpineJS, GitHub Actions, Postgres on Supabase, and OpenTofu.

Qualifications

• >6 years experience as a software engineer
• Fluent proficiency in English
• Familiarity with using LLMs in production
• A willingness to learn about the PR industry
• A strong ability to prioritize product goals
• Frontend: HTMX/AlpineJS
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
• Database: Postgres (hosted on Supabase)
• IAC: OpenTofu
• Observability platform: HyperDX (through OpenTelemetry)

Responsibilities

Our client is a growing AI-native PR & marketing intelligence company based out of Singapore. They help brands predict, steer, and win narratives in real time. They are present in Singapore and Malaysia. This position will be based in Jakarta as one of the1st members of their team in Indonesia.
