DECA Group in Greenlake, Tangerang, seeks an Affiliate/KOL Manager to lead end-to-end affiliate initiatives across our brands, focusing on driving GMV and efficient partnerships. The role is based in our Greenlake, Tangerang office.

You will coordinate with Brand, E-Commerce, Social Media, Creative and Sales teams, analyze performance metrics, and help shape brand collaborations in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PR/Comms/Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Affiliate / KOL management & Brand partnerships, preferably in beauty retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling content.
• Interest in beauty industry and knowledge of Affiliate collaborations.

• Plan, explore, and manage partnership opportunities, including brand collaborations and event-based partnerships.
• Identify and evaluate market, creator, and industry trends to inform affiliate optimization and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Brand, E-Commerce, Social Media, Creative, and Sales teams for integrated campaign execution.

• Manage affiliate & creators programs end-to-end, focusing on GMV and performance-based results, from creator listing and dealing to execution and reporting across marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee).
• Plan and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales performance while ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics (GMV, orders, conversion, ROI) to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Plan, explore, and manage partnership opportunities, including brand collaborations and event-based partnerships.
• Identify and evaluate market, creator, and industry trends toinform affiliate optimization and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Brand, E-Commerce, Social Media, Creative, and Sales) to ensure integrated campaign execution.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience 1-2 Years in Affiliate / KOL Management & Brand Partnerships, preferably Beauty retail industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build relationships with creators & brand partners.
• Have an interest in the beauty industry, are expected to have knowledge about Affiliate & collaborations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work from our office based in Greenlake, Tangerang.
