Job summary

Reload Sanctuary Gym in Canggu is seeking a PR & Guest Relations professional to represent our growing fitness and wellness community. You will build relationships with guests, members, and the local community while delivering a personalized guest experience.

You will also represent Reload at events, network activities, and brand activations, and develop partnerships across fitness, wellness, hospitality, media, and influencer networks to strengthen the brand and expand community engagement.

Key responsibilities

Build strong relationships with guests, members, VIPs, partners, and the local community

Represent Reload at events, networking activities, and brand activations

Develop partnerships with fitness, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, media, and influencer communities

About you

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Previous experience in PR, Guest Relations, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or a similar role

Experience in, or a strong interest in, fitness, gym, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Professional and confident when interacting with VIPs, influencers, partners, and business clients

Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
