Job summary

PT. Central Mega Kencana is seeking a Lead Production Planning & Inventory Control professional to manage scheduling, material utilization, and workforce allocation for jewelry manufacturing.

You will lead the PPIC team, develop production schedules from retail and designer orders, and monitor material usage and progress to ensure on-time delivery and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Lead the PPIC team and oversee production planning and inventory control activities.
• Develop production schedules based on orders from retail stores and designers, and coordinate work order allocation with factory unit heads.
• Monitor material consumption, production progress, and quality-related reports to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower and work orders according to employee skills and production requirements.
• Coordinate with Technical Support to resolve technical issues affecting production.
• Analyze departmental operating expenses and overtime, and recommend improvements to the GM Production.
• Prepare annual manpower plans, evaluate team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
