Pengiklan Anonim in West Java, Indonesia, seeks an experienced PPIC Manager to lead the integrated textile production flow from knitting to finishing. You will ensure machine capacity efficiency, on-time delivery, and raw material inventory control.
You will develop MPS, allocate dyeing and knitting machines, manage yarn and chemicals, maintain BOM and safety stock, and collaborate with Sales, QC, Warehousing, and Procurement.
We are seeking an experienced PPIC Manager to lead, plan, and control the entire integrated textile production flow- from knitting, dyeing, to fabric finishing processes. This position is responsible for ensuring machine capacity efficiency, on-time delivery accuracy, and raw material inventory control (yarn, greige, and chemicals).
Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) for knitting, dyeing, and finishing divisions
Manage color batching and dyeing machine allocation to minimize machine cleaning downtime
Optimize knitting machine allocation (gauge/diameter) according to customer orders
Manage inventory and usage of yarn, raw fabric (greige), dyestuffs, and auxiliary chemicals
Calculate raw material requirements (Bill of Materials/BOM) and maintain safety stock levels
Minimize yarn waste and chemical material losses
Monitor daily production output achievement and delivery lead times to customers
Coordinate with QC team to reschedule re-dyeing, re-finishing, or repair work without disrupting regular orders
Actively coordinate with Sales/Marketing, Production, Warehouse, and Procurement teams
Minimum S1 degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience as PPIC Manager / Assistant Manager in textile manufacturing (preferably with specialization in knitting, dyeing, and finishing)
Understanding of knitting machine operations (Single/Double Jersey, Rib), jet dyeing machines, and finishing machines (Stenter, Compactor)
Understanding of textile chemical characteristics, color mapping (light, medium, dark), and fabric shrinkage calculations
Proficient in ERP/SAP systems (PP/MM modules) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced level)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
