Job summary

Asian Management Consulting (AMC) is seeking a motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team in Jakarta. The PMO will lead project coordination, monitoring, reporting, and documentation while ensuring adherence to PM procedures and standards.

Applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2 years of PM experience, and strong English communication skills. Master’s degree is a plus; multinational NGO or donor experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree minimum in Business Management, Project Management, Communication or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience with consulting firms, NGOs, international donors is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to write proposals, reports, and project-related documents.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify tender opportunities and coordinate tender submissions.
• Coordinate project implementation according to PM procedures and standards.
• Monitor, report, document, and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Write proposals, project reports, and other project-related documents.
• Coordinate meetings, project activities, and provide administrative/project support as needed.
