Job summary

Lion Parcel is seeking a proactive PMO/Account Manager in Jakarta to lead and optimize 360 marketing campaigns aligned with our strategy. You will coordinate with multiple divisions to maintain alignment and drive growth.

You will monitor productivity, manage campaigns with constrained resources, and analyze ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics to guide future initiatives. Strong PMO and marketing knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 1-2 years of work experience as a Project Management Officer or Account Manager in the creative industries.
• Strong understanding of PMO, Marketing & Campaign Knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal & multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize 360 marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategy.
• Work closely with other divisions to ensure alignment.
• Develop a mechanism to monitor productivity and efficiency to support growth.
• Prioritize and manage all campaigns with limited resources.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion) against KPIs; provide data-driven recommendations.
