Job summary

Ampowr BV is opening its Southeast Asia office in Jakarta to manage BESS and solar PV projects across the region. You will own the project management backbone behind tenders and the project pipeline, coordinating data rooms, licenses, and vendor relations.

The role requires 2–5 years in strategy consulting or deals, a technical degree, and fluent English and Indonesian. You’ll work with limited structure across multiple parallel workstreams to keep documents organized and moving.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, advisory, or Big 4 deals.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Research Indonesia’s vendor and EPC landscape for solar PV and BESS projects.
• Set up and run meetings with potential EPC partners and vendors.
• Support coordination with MOU with Indonesia's Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration.
• Manage IUPTL registration and licensing workstreams.
• Maintain and update project and investor data rooms across tenders.
• Track compliance workstreams including AMDAL/UKL-UPL and KBLI.
• Keep project trackers up to date and follow up with stakeholders.
• Prepare first drafts of partner briefings and status decks.
• Contribute to building operating processes for the SEA office.
