Job summary

Asian Development Bank is seeking a Project Analyst based in Jakarta to support country operations, including portfolio management and administration in the Indonesia Resident Mission. You will coordinate with government agencies, assist in procurement and disbursement processes, and help prepare reports and inputs for project processing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in international agencies, with strong English communication and multi-stakeholder coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, social development, engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in international agencies.
• Experience in project management, portfolio management, and understanding loan covenants.
• Excellent English communication and ability to coordinate with government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to country operations including portfolio management and administration in IRM.
• Support analysis and implementation of projects in assigned sectors.
• Coordinate with government agencies for project issues and ensure compliance with loan covenants.
• Assist in preparing project reports, procurement tracking, and contract awards processes.
• Support missions and provide input for MOUs and Aide Memoires.
• Monitor project performance and data integrity in relevant systems.
