Job summary

Trisula Nusantara Rajasa is seeking an experienced PLC Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for industrial machinery and conveyors. The role involves configuring and testing Siemens and Mitsubishi PLCs, and integrating with HMIs, sensors, actuators, and VFDs.

You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams, perform commissioning at workshops and customer sites, and prepare comprehensive documentation. Travel for site work is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics.
• 1–3 years in PLC programming or strong fresh graduates with relevant skills.
• Hands-on with Siemens S7-1200/S7-1500 or Mitsubishi FX/GX Works.
• Good ladder logic and FBD skills.
• Familiarity with Profinet and Ethernet/IP.
• Experience with HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel for installation and support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs for machines and conveyors.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems on Siemens and Mitsubishi platforms.
• Develop and modify machine control logic per project specs.
• Perform machine commissioning, testing, and startup at workshop and sites.
• Integrate PLC with HMIs, sensors, actuators, servo systems, and VFDs.
• Diagnose electrical and automation issues and resolve them.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams for project success.
• Prepare technical docs, control drawings, and program backups.
• Provide tech support and system improvements for existing machines.
