Job summary

DURR SYSTEMS INDONESIA seeks a motivated PLC Engineer to support automation projects across manufacturing facilities. You will perform engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization, while collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation, 3–5 years in industrial automation, Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC experience, and willingness to travel. Growth opportunities in a global engineering group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
• Experience with Siemens PLC (TIA Portal, S7) and Mitsubishi PLC platforms.
• Knowledge of HMI, industrial networks, inverter drives, and control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
• Ready to support project execution and service activities.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
