Job summary

DURR SYSTEMS INDONESIA seeks a motivated PLC Engineer to support automation projects across manufacturing facilities. You will perform engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization, while collaborating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation, 3–5 years in industrial automation, Siemens/Mitsubishi PLC experience, and willingness to travel. Growth opportunities in a global engineering group.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years hands-on experience in industrial automation and PLC programming.
Experience with Siemens PLC (TIA Portal, S7) and Mitsubishi PLC platforms.
Knowledge of HMI, industrial networks, inverter drives, and control systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally when required.
Ready to support project execution and service activities.
Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Perform engineering, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing and optimization activities.
Support project execution and after-sales service activities.
Prepare technical documentation, reports and customer communication.
Work closely with customers, suppliers and internal project teams.
Travel and stay at customer sites when required.
