Job summary

PT Prima Dumai Indobulking seeks a highly organized supervisor to oversee Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) operations. You will coordinate with PT KLK Dumai and PT Kreasijaya Adhikarya to ensure safe, compliant handling of CPO, CPKO, and other liquid bulk items across receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

Requirements include a Diploma/Bachelor's in logistics or related fields and 3–5 years in PLB or bonded zone operations, with leadership and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Transportation, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PLB, Bonded Zone, Logistics, Tank Farm Operations, Liquid Bulk Handling, Customs, Import & Export, or related industries.
• Experience in supervisory or team coordination roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily PLB operational activities at PT Prima Dumai Indobulking.
• Ensure all receiving, storage, transfer, and dispatch activities are conducted safely, efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with approved procedures.
• Monitor the movement of CPO, CPKO, and other liquid bulk products within the PLB operational area.
• Ensure operational activities are properly planned and coordinated with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor operational performance and immediately address operational issues or deviations.
• Coordinate operational activities involving PDPLB PT KLK Dumai and PDPLB PT Kreasijaya Adhikarya.
• Ensure proper coordination for the movement and transfer of goods between PLB and PDPLB facilities, where applicable.
• Monitor the accuracy and completeness of supporting documents related to PDPLB transactions and movements.
• Coordinate with the Bonded Zone operations of PT KLK Dumai and PT Kreasijaya Adhikarya regarding goods movement, customs requirements, and operational activities.
• Supervise the handling of CPO, CPKO, and other liquid bulk products.

Job description

To supervise, coordinate, and ensure the effective, safe, accurate, and compliant operation of the Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) operated by PT Prima Dumai Indobulking, including coordination of activities involving PDPLB PT KLK Dumai and PDPLB PT Kreasijaya Adhikarya. The position is also responsible for ensuring effective coordination with the Bonded Zones of PT KLK Dumai and PT Kreasijaya Adhikarya to support the movement, storage, transfer, administration, and customs compliance of CPO, CPKO, and other liquid bulk products.

About you
