Job summary

PT LOGISTEED Indonesia is hiring a Supervisor PPJK & PLB (Warehousing Operation) to oversee PLB activities, inventory accuracy, and stock opname coordination across warehousing sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3–7 years in PPJK/PLB, PPJK certification, and strong English skills while maintaining excellent relationships with customs and external partners. Domicile in Bekasi preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 3-7 years of PPJK and PLB handling experience.
• Bekasi domicile preferred.
• Logistics, manufacturing, or freight forwarding exposure encouraged.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong relationships with customs office.
• MUST HAVE PPJK certification (Customs Clearance).

Responsibilities

• Control PLB activity
• Check and maintain inventory quantities and items via GWMS
• Prepare and conduct stock opname of inventory and assets
• Produce reports to PLB customers
• Produce reports to Customs office
• Establish relationships with external parties (BC 2.7, P3BET, BC, 1.6)
• Establish relationships with customs and related departments

• Establish relarionships with external parties (customs, related department, etc)
