Job summary

米茄科技（东莞）有限公司 is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance and repair of our factory equipment in Batam. You will lead a team of technicians, develop PM schedules, and ensure high machine uptime while minimizing downtime.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Mech/Elec Eng with 3–5 years in maintenance, including at least 1 year supervising. Supervisory shift work and safety compliance are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
Able to work in a shift system and handle emergency breakdowns.
(Bonus) Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily activities of the maintenance team.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production machines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures.
Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with the purchasing team for parts procurement.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and 5S standards.
Train and coach junior technicians to improve team skills.
