Casco SEA, part of Amphenol Corporation, is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Batam. You will support daily maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and uphold safety and quality standards to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, at least 2 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance, and a practical knowledge of TPM, 6S, and lean methodologies.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing for equipment control and maintenance; fresh grads welcome.
• Knowledge of 6S and lean manufacturing.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot effectively to meet business needs.
• Establish and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Maximize production equipment usage.
• Support production to keep machines running smoothly.
• Execute production plan and achieve productivity goals.
• Ensure maintenance cover for production areas.
• Maintain area to meet environmental and regulatory standards.
