Job summary

米茄科技（东莞）有限公司 is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Batam. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to keep production lines running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, strong hands-on mechanical skills, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to work in shifts. Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMK in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Able to work in a shift system.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on production machines.
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
• Replace worn-out parts and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment (5S).
