Job summary

米茄科技（东莞）有限公司 seeks a hands-on Process Engineer to optimize production lines, boost yield, and resolve manufacturing issues at our Batam facility that produces electronic vaporization products.

You will analyze processes and transfer new products from design to mass production, setting up SOPs. Apply Lean and 5S, and coordinate with maintenance for equipment calibration while collaborating with R&D for design transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer in electronics or similar manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Mandarin speaking is a big plus to communicate with Chinese R&D and management team.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase yield, productivity, and product quality.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to transfer new products from design to mass production, set up SOPs and work instructions.
• Identify root causes of production abnormalities and machine issues, implement corrective actions quickly.
• Design simple jigs/fixtures and coordinate with the maintenance team for equipment modification and calibration.
• Use statistical methods and data to monitor production performance and reduce scrap rates.
