Job summary

米茄科技（东莞）有限公司 is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance and repair of our factory equipment in Batam. You will lead a team of technicians, develop PM schedules, and ensure high machine uptime while minimizing downtime.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Mech/Elec Eng with 3–5 years in maintenance, including at least 1 year supervising. Supervisory shift work and safety compliance are essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of equipment maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Able to work in a shift system and handle emergency breakdowns.
• (Bonus) Mandarin speaking is a plus.
