Telemecanique Sensors in Batam, Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to drive preventive and predictive maintenance across manual to tester machines. You will work with Technicians to reduce downtime and meet MTTR/MTBF targets.

The role requires an engineering degree, 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong English, and hands-on skills with pneumatic, vacuum, soldering, sensors, PLCs, motors and inverters. You will lead improvement projects and collaborate with suppliers.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Engineering.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing.
• Experience with Manual/Semi auto/Full auto assembly machines and testers.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot assembly/tester machines.
• Knowledge in pneumatic, vacuum systems, soldering, sensors, PLC, motor, inverter.
• Familiar with computers, IT devices and networks.
• Experience with Schneider PLC, Visual Basic/.NET, MS-SQL is mandatory; LabVIEW/Modbus advantageous.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong TPM knowledge and ability to control maintenance costs.
• Motivated to reduce downtime and manage spare parts.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and implement preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Reduce machine downtime to meet MTTR/MTBF targets.
• Support Technicians to fix problems and prevent recurrence.
• Exchange knowledge with Maintenance Technicians.
• Plan training to improve skills.
• Define critical spare parts and ensure stock.
• Control spare part usage and costs.
• Supervise Technicians for quality and timely delivery.
• Lead maintenance improvement projects for performance/obsolescence.
• Identify potential accidents and take preventive action.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance for breakdowns.
• Update issues in daily cross-functional meetings.
• Support design changes related to machines.
• Involve early in new projects from Industrial team.
• Coordinate with suppliers for service and parts.
