Kohler's IDMU plant in Kota Bekasi, Indonesia is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR strategy and people agenda. The role partners with plant leadership to drive workforce capability, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement across operations.

The successful candidate will oversee workforce planning, succession, labor relations where applicable, compensation & benefits, and HR operations to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR-related field.
• CHRM or equivalent HR qualification required.
• 10+ years HR experience with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in manufacturing plant environment preferred.
• Experience partnering with Plant Leadership and regional/global HR stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead HR strategy and plant people agenda; align HR priorities with plant objectives.
• Lead workforce planning and organization effectiveness initiatives.
• Drive talent and succession management for critical roles; strengthen retention.
• Develop leadership capabilities across managers, supervisors and frontline leaders.
• Frontline owner of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide senior HR leadership for employee and labor relations; ensure compliance where applicable.
• Support compensation & benefits in coordination with regional HR resources.
• Ensure effective HR operational support and coordinate with regional COEs and shared-service resources.
