Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent English and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global projects.
