Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance business partner to plant leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance management.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, CAPEX.
• Ensure governance through controls and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Participate in regional and global projects.
