Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager to partner with plant leadership and drive financial performance. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis to support decisions affecting operations, cash flow, and costs, while ensuring governance and cross-functional alignment.

The role requires manufacturing finance experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, contraols, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.
