You will lead budgeting and forecasting, improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX, oversee governance, and collaborate across functions on regional and global projects, while upholding our commitment to inclusion and sustainable business.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting is a plus.
• Fluent English with effective communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision‑making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities/projects.
