Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller Manager to partner with plant management, lead budgeting and forecasting, and drive financial governance across manufacturing operations.

You will support performance management, cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX initiatives, while collaborating with regional and global teams on diverse projects. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, Excel mastery, and fluent English for cross‑functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English with good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities and projects.
