The role involves budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and advancing cash flow and CAPEX performance, with involvement in regional and global initiatives. A strong governance framework and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities/projects.
