Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager to partner with plant leadership, drive performance and support strategic decision-making with robust financial analysis. The role emphasizes governing processes, cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX, aligning with regional and global projects.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Controlling background, 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing finance, advanced Excel and English proficiency, and a collaborative mindset to deliver operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience in manufacturing finance, operations controlling, or cost accounting is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, contraols, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.
