Job summary

dsm-firmenich is seeking a Plant Controller, Manager who will partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decisions. You will analyze operations, build budgets, forecast performance, and guide investment initiatives to optimize cash flow and capital expenditure.

The role requires manufacturing finance experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English for cross-functional collaboration across regions. This is a full-time on-site position in Bekasi, West Java.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English, with communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key finance business partner for plant management and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance management.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve cash flow, inventory, and CAPEX performance.
• Support business transformation, operational improvement, and investment projects.
• Ensure strong financial governance through effective processes, controls, and cross functional collaboration.
• Involvement in regional and global activities projects.
