Job summary

PT Sanwa Engineering Batam is seeking a results-driven Planner to develop, coordinate, and execute optimized production schedules in Batam, Indonesia. You will ensure on-time delivery by aligning material plans with procurement and production teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Logistics, have 3+ years in production planning or supply chain, excel in Advanced Excel and SAP, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production planning or supply chain management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
• Solid SAP experience and understanding.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in Batam, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement for material requirements planning (MRP).

About you

Diploma's degree (D3) in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management

Proficient in operating Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel

Solid understanding and experience with the SAP system

Excellent written and spoken English proficiency

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Willing to work in Batam, Indonesia
