Production Planning Executive

Job summary

PT Takasago International Indonesia invites applications for a Production Planning Officer at our Ciranjeng site to manage work orders, print daily schedules, and ensure material availability for on-time production.

You will prepare and distribute outstanding orders, generate production data samples, and monitor inventory levels of drums, labels, and bottles to keep workflows smooth. This role requires coordinating with production and enforcing ISO 9001:2015, SJH, and FSCC 22000 standards.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent in years of experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical skills, result oriented and self-motivated
• A good team player Knowledge in MRP / MPS / ERP software system
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Responsible to create, commit and printing of work orders.
• Responsible to check for raw material shortages against the work orders.
• In charge of printing of daily production schedules or work orders and distribute to the production.
• To create & distribute outstanding order list to inform production to fulfil the work orders
• Generate samples processing data for final product
• Keep track of drums, labels, and aluminum bottles so that production would have enough inventory to finish work orders
• Assist in creating of monthly reports for production planning lead.
• Implement systems and policies to ensure that the required ISO 9001;2015, Sistem Jaminan Halal (SJH), FSCC 22000, safety and quality mindset is maintained.
• Comply with Takasago Group’s Charter of Corporate Behavior and Code of Conduct accordance to the Employee Handbook
